Floriano Bollettini to lead the launch of Albert School’s first Italian campus in Milan
Albert School is expanding to Italy. In September 2025, Europe’s first Data & Business School will open its doors in Milan, led by Floriano Bollettini, a young and globally experienced professional with roots in Italy and a clear vision for the future of education.
At 28, Bollettini is already shaping the next generation of business leaders. As General Director of Albert School Milan, he is charged with introducing a new kind of academic model to the Italian market, one that blends business fluency, data expertise, and hands-on professional preparation.
Why Milan, and why now
Italy is at a turning point. Milan, in particular, is fast becoming a European innovation capital, home to thousands of startups, scale-ups, and the headquarters of global firms in finance, fashion, tech, and media.
Albert School’s arrival comes at a moment when the demand for tech-savvy business talent is growing rapidly, but the educational offer hasn’t fully caught up.
“Milan has the ambition, the energy, and the ecosystem. But young people here still lack access to schools that truly prepare them for the economy of tomorrow,” explains Floriano Bollettini. “Albert School fills that gap.”
From its new campus in the heart of Milan, Albert School will offer undergraduate and postgraduate programs focused on data, business strategy, and innovation. Students will graduate with the ability to navigate today’s business challenges, and tomorrow’s.

A school model backed by Europe’s top entrepreneurs
Albert School is supported by some of the most influential figures in European business: Bernard Arnault (LVMH), Xavier Niel (Iliad), and Rodolphe Saadé (CMA CGM), among others. Its mission is simple: to train future leaders who can think like strategists and work like analysts.
Through its academic partnership with Mines Paris – PSL, Albert School delivers joint diplomas that combine the rigor of France’s top engineering institutions with the agility of a modern business school. Students learn Python alongside finance, AI alongside marketing, and ethics alongside entrepreneurship.
The Milan campus will be no exception, offering a curriculum built around real business problems, company partnerships, and international opportunities.
Who is Floriano Bollettini?
Floriano Bollettini was born in 1996 in San Benedetto del Tronto. After studying at Liceo Classico Leopardi, he went on to attend Bocconi University, then pursued academic and professional experiences in Shanghai, Paris, London, Dubai, and the United States.
His early career includes positions at Amazon, the strategy consultancy Kearney, and McKinsey & Company, where he advised CEOs of major multinationals on corporate strategy and transformation.
Now, he returns to Italy with a global perspective, and a clear mission: to bring Albert School’s pioneering educational model to Milan.

What makes Albert School Milan different
Albert School Milan will deliver programs that go far beyond theory. Students will be trained through real-world cases, project-based learning, and close collaboration with companies. Key features include:
- Dual-language instruction (English and Italian)
- A focus on both business and tech skills: finance, strategy, Python, AI
- Company-led workshops, internships, and project collaborations
- Faculty drawn from both academia and industry
- Career services with a strong international network
“Milan is ready for this kind of school. We’re here to offer something new: not just a degree, but a launchpad for careers in consulting, tech, finance, and entrepreneurship,” says Bollettini.
A pan-European vision for education
With existing campuses in Paris, Lyon, and Marseille, and new ones opening in Geneva and Madrid, Albert School is building a European network of excellence.
The Milan launch is a key step in that growth. “We’re not just opening a school, we’re building a movement across Europe: one that redefines what it means to study business,” says Bollettini.
Applications for the Milan campus are open, with the first cohort beginning in September.
